Are you ready to book your next appointment without picking up the phone? With Jane App, you can schedule your visits online in just a few clicks. Jane makes it simple, fast, and convenient!


Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to help you manage your account online:



📅 Step 1: Who is your Practitioner? Visit Their Booking Page to Chose Your Treatment


Head to Your Practitioners Jane App Booking Link:














This will take you to the online schedule where you can view available services and times.

🔐 Step 2: Log In or Create an Account

To book, you’ll need a Jane account. If you’ve visited us before, you may already have one!

  • Returning patients: Log in with your email and password

  • New patients: Click “Sign Up” and follow the prompts to create your profile

✅ Step 3: Confirm Your Appointment and Manage Your Account

Once you’ve logged in:

  • Review your appointment details

  • Click “Book” to confirm

You’ll receive a confirmation email right away, and reminders before your appointment.

  1. Use JaneApp on Your Phone! Jane works great on mobile, too. Just open the booking link in your browser and follow the same steps. Easy!

🔄 How to Cancel an Appointment on JaneApp

We get it—life happens. Sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. But here’s the key thing to know:


🚨 Reminder: The 24-Hour Cancellation Policy 🚨

Our system automatically tracks the time you cancel. If it’s less than 24 hours before your appointment, it will be marked as a late cancellation, and a fee may apply.

That’s why it’s so important to manage your bookings directly through JaneApp and not by calling or emailing.


📢 Cancellations must be made online through your JaneApp account.We are no longer accepting cancellations by phone. This means a voicemail or call will not count as proper notice.

💻 Step-by-Step: Canceling Your Appointment Online

  1. Log in to Your JaneApp Account

    • Go to [Your JaneApp Booking Page] (insert your clinic’s JaneApp link)

    • Click “Sign In” at the top right corner.

    • Enter your email and password. (If you’ve never signed in, click “Sign Up” or “Forgot Password” to get started.)

  2. Go to ‘My Account’

    • Once logged in, click your name at the top or find the “My Account” tab.

  3. Find Your Upcoming Appointments

    • You’ll see a list of your upcoming bookings under “Upcoming Appointments.”

  4. Click ‘Cancel’ Next to the Appointment

    • Click the “Cancel” button beside the appointment you want to cancel.

    • Jane will ask you to confirm. Once you do, your appointment will be canceled.

  5. You’re Done!

    • You’ll get a confirmation email for the cancellation.

    • If you don’t receive the email, double-check that the cancellation went through in your account.
