Stay Tuned: The Next Chapter for Tula Yoga Begins Now!


Today, we want to share some important updates regarding changes happening to our Tula Yoga Program.


At Tula, we are deeply committed to providing excellent yoga experiences while also ensuring the long-term sustainability of our studio. Over the past months, we've been carefully evaluating our operations and financial situation, and we've come to the realization that some adjustments are necessary.



~ What to Expect ~

Beginning May 1st, 2024, you may notice changes to our class schedule and instructors. These changes are part of a larger restructuring effort aimed at addressing financial challenges and ensuring that Tula Yoga Studio remains a vibrant hub for wellness and mindfulness.



~ Our Commitment to You ~

We understand that change can be challenging, and we want to assure you that our commitment to providing you with high-quality yoga experiences remains unwavering. Despite these changes, our dedication to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone remains unchanged.


Beginning May 1st, we will be implementing credit card processing fees for transactions at the massage clinic side of Tula. However, we want to assure our yoga community that this adjustment will not affect our current pricing for yoga classes. We believe this decision underscores our dedication to fostering a strong and sustainable community, while also allowing us to continue advancing our yoga program.



~ Instructors ~

While it's difficult to bid farewell to some of our beloved instructors as they embark on new journeys, we understand that life is ever-changing. We want to express our deepest gratitude to Amie, Elizabeth, Paige, and Sarah for their dedication and contributions to their students. Their presence will be sincerely missed, and we wish them all the best!


However, change also brings opportunities for growth and renewal, and we're excited to welcome new instructors to our schedule. We look forward to the fresh perspectives and energy they will bring to our yoga offerings at Tula.

~ Hatha Flow and Yin/Nidra ~

As part of our commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all members of our community, we're excited to announce some exciting changes to our class offerings. This spring, we'll be bidding farewell to the term "vinyasa" and welcoming "hatha flow" onto our schedule. We believe the new name better reflects the essence of the practice while also being more accessible and inviting to participants of all levels.

Additionally, we're thrilled to introduce Yin/Nidra to our schedule, offering a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice that complements our existing offerings. Our aim is to make yoga more approachable and less intimidating for everyone who walks through our doors. With Hatha Flow and Yin/Nidra, we invite you to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness in a supportive environment that honours your unique journey on the mat.
